Maximum height: Structure: thirty-five (35') feet and up to fifty (50') feet with a conditional use permit (also see Section 18-20.060), except when the development is on the lake side of Lakeshore Drive, where the lake is visible to the public (building shall not exceed thirty-five (35') feet in height).
e. Minimum lot area: three thousand (3,000) square feet.
