CHAPTER 18
15 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED
§ 18.15.010 Districts.
For the purpose of this title the Town of Columbiana is divided into the types of districts designated as follows:
A-1 agricultural district | (agriculture) |
R-1 residential district | (single-family) |
R-2 residential district | (one- or two-family) |
R-3 residential district | (one- or two-family) |
R-MH residential district | (mobile homes) |
B-1 business district | (local shopping) |
B-2 business district | (general business) |
M-1 manufacturing district | (light industry) |
M-2 manufacturing district | (general industry) |

§ 18.15.020 District boundaries.
The boundaries of the districts listed in CMC 18.15.010 are hereby established as shown on the zoning map of the City. Unless otherwise shown on said zoning map, the boundaries of districts are lot lines, the centerlines of streets or alleys or such lines extended, railroad right-of-way lines, or the corporate limit lines as they existed at the time of enactment of the ordinance codified in this chapter. Questions concerning the exact location of district boundary lines shall be decided by the Board of Adjustment.
