§ 18.30.010 Use regulations.

Use Regulations
All R Districts
Uses Permitted: Accessory structures; home occupations; gardens; playgrounds; parks; public buildings, including public schools and libraries.
Uses Permitted on Appeal: Public utilities; general hospitals for humans; semi-public buildings and uses including private schools and churches.
Uses Prohibited: Commercial and industrial uses not specifically permitted.
R-1 District
Uses Permitted: Single-family dwellings. (See regulations common to all R districts, listed above.)

R-2 District
Uses Permitted: Two-family dwellings; uses permitted in R-1 districts. (See regulations common to all R districts, listed above.)
R-3 District
Uses Permitted: Dwellings and apartments for any number of families.
Uses Permitted on Appeal: Clubs, not conducted for profit; rooming and boarding houses.

R-MH District
Uses Permitted: Same as those permitted in R-1 districts, but allowing mobile homes as residences.
