The district and overlay district regulations in Chapters 17.18 through 17.48 EPMC provide each district with a description and purpose, a list of permitted buildings and uses, a list of buildings and uses permitted conditionally; and, as appropriate, yard regulations, building or structural height limitations, lot regulations, parking requirements, and fence and wall regulations.
