This chapter may be amended from time to time by the governing body after the appropriate referrals, notices, hearings and other requirements of law.

If any portion of this chapter is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole, or any other part thereof.

If the terms of this chapter shall be in conflict with those of another chapter of the Code of the Eastampton Township, then the restriction that imposes the greater limitation shall be enforced.

All chapters or parts of chapters of Eastampton Township that are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency only.

This chapter shall take effect on January 5, 2025, and upon the filing thereof with the Burlington County Planning Board after final passage, adoption, and publication by the Township Council of Eastampton Township in the manner prescribed by law.
