CHAPTER 1121
Title and Purpose
1121.01 TITLE.
Title Three of this Part Eleven shall be known and cited as the "Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Edgerton, Ohio." (Ord. 312. Passed 9-26-77.)
1121.02 PURPOSE.
The zoning regulations and zone districts as herein set forth are made so that adequate light, air, convenience of access, and safety from fire, flood and other danger may be secured; that congestion in the public streets may be lessened or avoided; and that the public health, safety, comfort, morals, convenience and general public welfare may be promoted. They are made with reasonable regard to existing conditions, the character of buildings erected in each district, the most desirable use for which the land in each district may be adapted and the conservation of property values throughout the Village of Edgerton, Ohio.
