The Official Zoning Map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor and attested to by the City Administrator/Clerk under the following statement:

This is to certify that this is the Official Zoning Map referred to in the Zoning Ordinance of Elkader, Iowa, as adopted the ______ day of _________________, ______.

The Official Zoning Map shall be on file at City Hall and shall be the final authority as to the current zoning status of land, buildings, and other structures in the City.
