Certain fees for permits, amendments, appeals and subdivisions, etc., established by Town Council in order to help defray the expenses of administration, processing applications, publicizing and conducting public hearings, and performing necessary inspections, are found in Chapter 86, Fees, Article II, Land Use Fees, of the Code of the Town of Elkton, Virginia.
