For the purpose of this title, the City is hereby divided into classes or zones to be known in order of restrictiveness beginning with the most restrictive as follows:
(A) Residential districts:
(1) A Agricultural (General);
(2) R-1 Residential (Estate);
(3) R-2 Residential (Single-Family);
(4) R-3 Residential (Mobile Home Neighborhood);
(5) R-4 Residential (Duplex or Two-Family Dwelling);
(6) R-4A Four-Family Residential;
(8) R-6 Mobile Home Park; and
(9) R-7 Residential (Multi-Family).
(B) Commercial districts:
(1) C-O Commercial Office;
(2) C-1 Light Commercial;
(3) C-2 Planned Business Center;
(4) C-3 General Commercial; and
(5) C-4 Commercial (Central Business).
(C) Industrial districts:
(1) I-1 Planned Industrial Park;
(2) I-2 Industrial (Light); and
(3) I-3 Industrial (Heavy).
(D) Special Use District: SU Special Use; and
(1) PUD Planned Unit Development;
(2) HP Historical Preservation;
(4) ETS Enid Town Square Overlay;
(5) AED Airfield Environs Overlay; and
(6) CIO Commercial Incentive Overlay.
