A. A violation of the provisions of this title or any regulation adopted hereunder shall be a violation punishable by a fine as set forth at Chapter 1.20 FNSBC. Each day that a violation exists shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation. However, violations of junkyard standards shall be subject to the penalty provisions of FNSBC 1.20.010.

B. The Director of the Department of Community Planning may cause to be instituted any appropriate civil action to enjoin a violation of the provisions of this title. Injunctive relief may be sought for a violation or a threatened violation.
