Summary of Permitted Uses and Schedule of Regulations

§ 450-601 Table of Permitted Uses.

A. 
The following Table includes a summary of permitted, accessory, and special land uses for each zoning district. Should there be a conflict between this Table and chapter text, the applicable chapter text shall prevail.
(1) 
Permitted use (P): These uses are allowed by right. Additional standards may apply.
(2) 
Special land use (S): These uses shall obtain special land use approval from the Planning Commission. Additional standards may apply.
(3) 
Accessory use (A): These uses are incidental to permitted uses or special land uses. Additional standards may apply.
(4) 
Blank spaces in the use table below shall be considered not permitted.
