USE DISTRICTS
§ 152.020 DESIGNATION OF DISTRICTS.
In order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter, the village is hereby divided into the following districts.
B | Business and Commercial District |
P | Public Use District |
R-1 | Single-Family Residential District |
R-2 | Multiple-Family Residential District |

§ 152.021 ZONING MAPS.
The locations and boundaries of the districts established herein are shown on the zoning map, which is hereby incorporated into § 152.004. The zoning map, together with all notations, references, and other information showing thereon, and all amendments thereto, shall be a part of this chapter and shall have the same force and effect as if the zoning map, together with all notations, reference, and other information shown thereon, were fully set forth and described herein. R-1 Districts shall be shown as white areas. R-2 Districts shall be identified with slant lines thusly (/////). B Districts shall be identified by cross-hatch lines thusly (/////). P Districts shall be identified by dots thusly (:::::).

§ 152.022 ANNEXED LAND.
Land which may be annexed to the village hereafter and which is not shown on the zoning map made a part of this chapter shall be classified R-1, Single-Family Residential District until such time as the President and the Board of Trustees designates the permitted use of this chapter.

§ 152.023 BOUNDARY LINES.
Where district boundary lines are indicated as following streets, alleys, or similar rights-of-way, they shall be construed as following the centerlines thereof, and where they are indicated as following lot lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be such boundaries.

§ 152.024 AVAILABILITY.
(A) A reproduction of the zoning map and a copy of the zoning ordinance shall be on file in the office of the Village Clerk and be made available for inspection at reasonable times by the public.
(B) Amendments of this chapter which affect boundary lines of the district shall likewise be made available for public reference in the office of the Village Clerk.
