PUBLIC USE
DISTRICTS
§ 152.095 PURPOSE.
The Public Use District set forth herein is established to protect the public health, safety, comfort, and convenience, and the general welfare and to protect the economic base in the village, as well as the value of real estate by regulating public use development in appropriate locations.

§ 152.096 PERMITTED USES.
The following are permitted uses:
(A) Schoolyards;
(B) Buildings to house school trucks, vehicles, and equipment;
(C) Swimming pools;
(D) Public parks;
(E) Museums; and
(F) Fire stations and police stations, and other such uses which are responsible in general to governmental or public authority, and are used by the public in general and are maintained for the convenience and protection of the public.
