§ 152.066 PERMITTED USES.
Buildings and premises may only be used for the purposes listed in §§ 152.050 through 152.054, Single-Family Residential Districts, and, in addition, two-family dwellings and multiple-family dwellings will be permitted; also principal offices of physicians, dentists, lawyers, architects, real estate brokers, and other professional occupations.

§ 152.067 LOT SIZE.
Every lot or tract of land upon which a single-family dwelling is to be constructed shall have an area of not less than 7,500 square feet and a minimum frontage of 50 feet. For two-family and multiple-family dwellings, there shall be an additional 1,500 square feet of area, and an additional 15 feet of lot width for each additional family, provided that a smaller lot officially on record at the time of the passage of this chapter may be used for a single-family dwelling.

§ 152.068 YARD REQUIREMENTS.
The same regulations shall apply as required in the R-1 District.
