§ 9.02.002 Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to zone the entire area of the city into districts as made and provided by chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended, in accordance with a comprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting health, safety, and the general welfare of the general public.
