This schedule of uses is adopted and specifically made a part of the zoning ordinance in order to clarify the permissible uses in the various zoning districts and to facilitate reference to the same. Uses not specifically listed or provided for in this section are not permitted in any zoning district within the city.

§ 9.02.082 Legal Non-Conforming Indoor and Outdoor Flea Markets/Public Markets.

Indoor and outdoor flea markets/public markets located in a General Business Zoning District and currently in operation will be considered as legal non-conforming and will be allowed to continue operation under the current property owner. If the property chnages ownership, the new owner shall abide by the current zoning regulations.
