The Planning Commission for the City of Fountain Inn shall have duties and responsibilities as currently designated in the Code of Ordinances for the City of Fountain Inn together with the overall plan for the City of Fountain Inn and any other Ordinances or plans. The Planning Commission shall be comprised as seven members with one member being appointed from each of the six wards of the City of Fountain Inn to be made by the representative to the City Council of that ward and an additional At Large member to be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Fountain Inn. New members shall be appointed in this fashion upon the expiration of the terms of existing members, and shall serve for a term of three years.

No other adjustment shall be made to the current authorization, duty, organization or rules and regulations of the Fountain Inn Planning Commission.
