For the purposes of this chapter, the Township of Fredon is hereby divided into 11 zone districts as follows:

The boundaries of the zone districts are hereby established as shown on a map entitled "Zoning Map of Fredon Township," dated October 7, 2010, as same may be amended and revised, which is hereby made a part of this chapter. The map is on file in the office of the Township Clerk and shall be available for inspection, and copies thereof are available to interested members of the public.

The zone district boundary lines shown on the Zoning Map are intended to follow street center lines and/or lot or property lines as they existed at the time of adoption of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated by dimensions on the Zoning Map. The exact location of any disputed zone district boundary line shall be determined by the Land Use Board by application, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(b).
