CHAPTER 18
20 - R-6 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

The following regulations shall apply to all R-6 districts.

Detached single-family dwelling units.

As specified in the R-10 residential district.

18.20.040 - Height, area and building requirements.
A.
Minimum size of lot: seven thousand two hundred (7,200) square feet.
B.
Minimum required yards:
1.
Front yard: twenty-five (25) feet.
2.
Rear yard: twenty-five (25) feet.
3.
Any one side yard: five feet.
C.
Maximum percentage of lot coverage: twenty-five (25) percent.
D.
Maximum building height: in stories two and one-half, in feet thirty (30′ ).
