In the PCC property district the only uses which may hereafter be established are:

Clubhouses and appurtenant professional shops, residence and residential buildings and dormitories, refreshment and catering facilities and maintenance facilities, in each case only when owned and operated by a private membership club providing recreational facilities referred to in the following items:

   Curling.

   Golf courses.

   Other recreational facilities.

   Skeet and trapshooting ranges.

   Swimming pools.

   Tennis courts. (Ord. 68-2, 7-31-1968)

Any PCC property district land which shall cease to be eligible for such classification shall be and become classified as an A residence district. (Ord. 68-2, 7-31-1968)
