ARTICLE XIX

M-2 Industrial District

§ 407-84 Purpose.

The M-2 Industrial District provides for uses permitted in the M-1 District and other uses, including contractors' yards and adult uses.

§ 407-85 Principal uses and structures.

A. 
Principal uses allowed in the M-1 District.

B. 
Contractor's offices, show rooms, and outdoor storage yards.

§ 407-86 Uses permitted upon issuance of special permit.

The following are special permitted uses subject to the provisions of Article XXV:
A. 
Uses permitted upon issuance of a special permit in the M-1 District.

B. 
Motor vehicle repair service.

§ 407-87 Accessory uses and structures.

[Amended 10-15-2012 by L.L. No. 3-2012]
The following accessory uses, buildings and structures are permitted, provided that such accessory uses and buildings are not conducted or constructed until the main building has been constructed:
A. 
Accessory uses permitted in the M-1 District.
B. 
Off-street parking and loading areas subject to the provisions of this code.
C. 
Signs subject to the provisions of Town Code Chapter 295.
D. 
Accessory structures for the exclusive and customary storage or maintenance needs of the primary permitted use including the storage of maintenance vehicles.
E. 
Outdoor storage of goods and materials.
