Enforcement
§ 125-45 Penalties for offenses.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a maximum fine of $250 or a term of imprisonment not to exceed 15 days in jail, or both.
§ 125-46 Complaints of violations.
A.
Whenever a violation of this chapter occurs, any person may file a complaint in regard thereto. All such complaints must be in writing and shall be filed with the Village Board, which shall properly record such complaint and immediately investigate and report thereon.
B.
Upon the Village Board's completion of this investigation, it shall file a report of action with the Village Board and the Village Zoning Board of Appeals.
