Public/Institutional Zoning District
§ 550-12 Intent.
The intent of the Public/Institutional Zoning District is to provide a zoning district that encourages the development of public institutional type uses in an environment conducive to such development and protected from the intrusions of commercial development.

§ 550-14 Density, yard, lot, height and area requirements.
B.
Non-dwelling structures height requirements.
(1)
Maximum height for permitted non-dwelling buildings may exceed 35 feet, provided that an additional three feet above the 35 feet maximum is permitted for each one foot the side yards are increased beyond the required five-foot minimum side yards, but not exceeding a total height of 60 feet.
