ARTICLE IV

DISTRICTS GENERALLY

Sec. 66-126.- Creation of districts.

For the purpose of this chapter the town is divided into the following districts:

R-A Residence/agriculture districts.
R-1A Suburban, one-family residence districts.
R-1B Suburban, one-family residence districts.
R-1C Suburban, one-family residence districts.
R-1D Urban, one-family residence districts.
R-1H Urban, one-family residence districts.
R-1(TH) Suburban, one-family townhouse residence districts.
R-2(TH) Urban, one-family townhouse residence districts.
R-2 Suburban, multifamily residence districts.
R-3 Urban, multifamily residence districts.
R-MHP Residence-mobile home park districts.
B-1 Buffer business districts.
B-2 Neighborhood business districts.
B-2-A Business park districts.
B-3 Community business districts.
I-1 Light industry districts.
I-2 Heavy industry districts.
E Extended use districts.
B-4 Special business districts

Sec. 66-127. - Zoning map.

The zoning districts and boundaries of such districts are shown on the official zoning map adopted by Ord. No. 1-1980, as amended, which map is maintained at the town hall, and is made a part of this chapter by reference.

Sec. 66-128. - District boundaries.

Except where specifically shown by dimension or otherwise on the zoning map, the boundaries of districts are lot or property lines, the centerlines of streets or alleys or such lines extended, railway, right-of-way lines, natural boundary lines such as watercourses, and the municipal corporate limit lines as they may exist from time to time. Questions concerning the exact location of any district shall be decided by the board of adjustment.
