- YARD, LOT AREA AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS
Yards, lot areas, lot widths, height and parking regulations are established as follows in this article. (Note: Specifications listed in the following charts are general in nature and should be checked specifically in appropriate section.)

6 Zero lot line forty (40) feet.
7 Only single-family and two-family residences permitted. Mobile or manufactured homes on individual lots that exceed the length of the buildable area of a lot may not be located closer to the front property line than the average of the setbacks of the existing structures within two hundred (200) feet each side thereof.

9 Livestock pen or building one hundred (100) feet from any lot line.
