Banks, savings and loan associations, credit unions, mortgage companies, loan companies, and check cashing companies are permitted in a PB, B1, B2, or B3 district, and no other district, only upon being granted a special use exception variance.

Businesses selling adult sex toys and/or novelties that are used primarily for sexual activities or depict sexual activities or depictions of the human genitals, pubic region, buttocks, female breast below a point immediately above the top of the areola, are permitted in a B3 or B4 district, and no other district, only upon being granted a special use exception variance.

Businesses that buy or sell blood or blood products, that draw blood or perform medical examinations or medical test, tattooing, body piercing, counseling services or that provide medical services of any kind or nature are permitted in a B2 or B3 district and no other district and only upon being granted a special use exception variance.
