§ 18.46.010 Purpose of district.
The purpose of the UR/I district is to provide locations for light manufacturing, trucking and other industrial related land uses, as well as to serve as a holding zone which may be redesignated to meet the changing need for land.

§ 18.46.020 Permitted uses.
Uses permitted in the UR/I zone include:

Advertising and related services;
B.
Auto repair and related services;
C.
Building and landscape maintenance;
D.
Carwash;
E.
Contractor's yard;
F.
Delivery and private postal services;
G.
Equipment rental;
H.
Feed stores and farm supply stores;
I.
Laundries;
J.
Photocopy services;
K.
Photofinishing, blueprinting;
L.
Printing and publishing services;
M.
Repair services;
N.
Retail sale of auto parts, tires and batteries;
O.
Retail sale of autos, boats, mobile homes;
P.
Retail sale of building and landscape materials;
Q.
Retail sale of furniture and appliances;
R.
Service stations;
S.
Warehousing/wholesaling, ministorage, moving companies.

§ 18.46.030 Conditional uses.
Uses permitted subject to obtaining a conditional use permit, including manufacturing, and commercial cannabis businesses involving distribution, manufacturing, testing labs, cultivation-processing, and/or microbusiness (non-cultivation).
