This ordinance is adopted in pursuant to authority set forth in Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, Vernon's Texas Code Annotated (V.T.C.A.), as amended, and shall be applicable to all property within the corporate limits of Hamilton, Texas, herein referred to as "the City."
