means a structure which is subordinate to and the use of which is customarily incidental to, that of the main building, structure or use on the same site, including patio covers. means a facility that regularly uses hazardous chemicals or procedures or produce hazardous by products, including the following: manufacturing of acetylene, abrasives, acid, aircraft carbon black and lampblack, charcoal, chlorine, coal and coke, ovens, cement, corrosive acid or fertilizer lime, disinfectants, explosives, gypsum or plaster-of-paris, insecticides, poisons, paint, lacquer, varnish, petroleum products, coal products, plastic and synthetic resins, tannery, turpentine, wax and wax products, and radioactive materials. This subcategory also includes biomass energy conversion, chemical manufacturing, animal food manufacturing, petrochemical tank farms, gasification plants, smelting, oil refining, and tanneries. Intensive industrial uses have high potential for external impacts on the surrounding area in terms of noise, vibration, odor, hours of operation, and or traffic. (D23)

means a facility that manufactures products from previously prepared materials completely within an enclosed building, and that produces minimal impacts on nearby properties. This use includes the manufacturing of finished parts or products primarily from previously prepared materials and industrial services. (D24)
