The townhome districts intent is to provide for development of single family-attached units on separate lots, platted with a zero foot side yard setback on the interior units and built to accommodate five to 12 dwelling units per acre. The maximum number of units attached shall not exceed six. Corresponding future land use designations generally include medium density residential and high density residential.
