Front - 30 feet; side interior - 7.5 feet; side street - 15 feet; and rear - 20 feet.

2.

All principal and accessory structures shall meet all other requirements of the zoning district where the proposed duplex, triplexes and fourplexes are to be built.

3.

There shall be a minimum of 20 feet of separation between buildings on a lot when a lot is large enough to have more than one duplex, triplex or fourplex.

c.

Signs:

No signs shall be allowed identifying the duplex, triplex or fourplex structures other than address identification on building.

Sec. 153-57. - Town home dwelling district.

(a)

District intent. The townhome districts intent is to provide for development of single family-attached units on separate lots, platted with a zero foot side yard setback on the interior units and built to accommodate five to 12 dwelling units per acre. The maximum number of units attached shall not exceed six. Corresponding future land use designations generally include medium density residential and high density residential.
