The city heretofore has regulated satellite receive-only antennas, but the need for such regulation has lessened due to advancing technology and size of such antennas. (Ord. 2003-O-15, 3-18-2003)

No antenna, nor any part of any antenna supporting structure, shall be located, installed or maintained in any part of any front yard, side yard setback or rear yard setback. A variation or special use permit may be granted to permit location in a rear yard setback if all other provisions of applicable ordinances, including the applicable Highwood ordinance adopting the IBC 1 , are complied with.    A.   No antenna, nor any part of any antenna supporting structure, shall be located, installed or maintained in violation of any other restrictions in this title, or any other applicable ordinances. (Ord. 2003-O-15, 3-18-2003)
