[Amended 10-7-1974 by L.L. No. 1-1974; 10-12-2004 by L.L. No. 3-2004]
The following uses are specifically excluded from all districts: mobile homes, house trailers, mobile home parks, trailer parks and junkyards. However, an exception is made in the case of a house trailer owned by a guest of a property owner. Such trailer may be located, by special use permit, on the premises of the host for one period only in any one year for not longer than 30 days. No permit need be obtained for a travel trailer owned by a property owner and located on his lot, provided the trailer is not used as a dwelling or abode and provided, further, that no water, electric or sewer is connected to said trailer.
