17.78 Fees
17.78.010 Public service fees.
The following fees shall be collected for the services or procedures related to land use planning and zoning matters in HCC Title 16, Subdivisions, and HCC Title 17, Zoning:
1. Conditional use permit | $150.00 |
2. Conditional use permit—Mine | $250.00 |
3. Home-based business permit—Administrative Only | $100.00 |
4. Large parcel map | $200.00 |

5. Master plan amendment | $200.00 |
6. Parcel map | $200.00 |
7. Site plan review | $165.00 |
8. Subdivision | $300.00 |
plus $5.00 per lot | |
9. Variance from zoning requirements | $125.00 |
10. Zone change | $200.00 |
plus $5.00 per lot | |
11. Street re-naming | $75.00 |
12. Copy of RSNC Manual and/or Street Name List | $2.00 |
13. Record of survey map, reversion to acreage map, boundary line adjustment map, or any combination of such maps | $50.00 |

17.78.020 Determination of parcels.
The number of lots or parcels of land included in an application for a change of land use will be determined from the latest records of the county assessor. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 36(B))
17.78.030 Exemption.
No fee will be charged for any application by a political subdivision or governmental agency. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 36(C))
