Park District
15.37.010 Intent.
The park district is intended to create and protect natural and landscaped open space that is set aside for public outdoor education and recreation for city residents and visitors. Any permanent structures must be owned and controlled by the city for the purpose of enhancing recreation opportunities. (Ord. 627 (part), 1999)
