15.90 Annexation
15.90.010 Areas eligible for annexation.
Only those areas within Ilwaco’s urban growth area are eligible for annexation, in accordance with RCW 35A.14.005. (Ord. 627 (part), 1999)
15.90.020 Procedure for annexation.
Owners of property within the city’s urban growth area who wish to annex to the city must follow the procedures for annexation as outlined in RCW 35A.14 (Annexation By Code Cities). (Ord. 627 (part), 1999)
