In accordance with section 33-1.12, responsibilities for application of UDC in chapter 33, unified development code of this code, the administration of this chapter shall be the joint responsibility of the planning director, building permits director, code compliance and enforcement director, and public works director, as applicable, and those agents and employees of the planning department, building permits department, code compliance and enforcement department, and public works department as so designated by him or her.
