§ 17 C

GENERAL COMMERCIAL BUSINESS OTHER THAN LOCAL RETAIL DISTRICT.

17.1 
General Purpose and Description.
General Commercial is intended to allow specific businesses that address the regular needs of the community and is not generally carried on completely within a building or structure and included an expanded range of services.
17.2 
Permitted Uses.
A building or premise shall be used only for the following purposes:
17.2.1 
Uses as listed in Section 22 of this ordinance.
17.3 
Permitted Specific Uses.
The following specific uses shall be permitted in a C-(2) District, when granted in accordance with Section 25:
17.3.1 
Other uses as listed in Section 22 of this ordinance.
17.4 
Height and Area Regulation.
See Appendix 1, Area, Setback, Height, and Coverage Regulations.
17.5 
Parking Requirements.
Off-street parking requirements shall be provided in accordance with Section 26.
