§ 154.190 HEALTHCARE AND INTERMENT SERVICES.

   (A)   Cemetery, mausoleum, columbarium. No burial sites or structures shall be located closer than 50 feet from any property line.
   (B)   Funeral home or mortuary. All principal and accessory structures and uses shall be a minimum of 25 feet from any lot line.
   (C)   Hospital.
      (1)   These buildings shall be located on a major street and access shall be located so that access can be provided without generating significant traffic on local residential streets.
      (2)   Internal traffic circulation shall be designed to minimize traffic within 100 feet of any abutting residential property.

§ 154.191 INSTITUTIONS.

   Place of worship.
   (A)   These buildings shall be located on a major street and access shall be located so that access can be provided without generating significant traffic on local residential streets.
   (B)   An off-street passenger loading area shall be provided in order to maintain vehicular and pedestrian safety.
   (C)   Outdoor recreational and play areas shall be located at least 25 feet from any lot in a residential district.

§ 154.192 EDUCATION.

   (A)   Child care facility.
      (1)   Access shall be located so that access can be provided without generating significant traffic on local residential streets.
      (2)   Student drop-off and loading areas shall not interfere with traffic and pedestrian movements.
      (3)   An outdoor play area shall be provided that contains at least 40 square feet per student enrolled at the facility.
      (4)   Outdoor recreational and play areas shall be located at least 25 feet from any lot in a residential district.
   (B)   School, college/university/trade/business.
      (1)   The lot area shall be a minimum of two acres and all principal structures and uses shall be a minimum of 40 feet from any lot line.
      (2)   Access shall be located so that access can be provided without generating significant traffic on local residential streets.
      (3)   An off-street passenger loading area shall be provided in order to maintain vehicular and pedestrian safety.
      (4)   Outdoor recreational and play areas shall be located at least 25 feet from any lot in a residential district.
   (C)   School, elementary or secondary.
      (1)   The lot area shall be a minimum of two acres and all principal structures and uses shall be a minimum of 40 feet from any lot line.
      (2)   Access shall be located so that access can be provided without generating significant traffic on local residential streets.

   (D)   School, nursery or preschool.
      (1)   Access shall be located so that access can be provided without generating significant traffic on local residential streets.

      (4)   Outdoor recreational and play areas shall be located at least 25 feet from any lot in a residential district.

§ 154.193 RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE.

   Golf course/country club.
   (A)   No building shall be located within 100 feet of any property line.
   (B)   Facilities such as restaurants and bars may be permitted when conducted and entered from within the building.
   (C)   Swimming pools, tennis courts and the like shall be located not less than 25 feet from any property line and adjoining property in any residential or commercial district shall be effectively protected by a wall, hedge and/or screen planting.
   (D)   Golf driving platforms shall be not less than 200 feet from any adjacent residential district or existing dwelling.

§ 154.194 GOVERNMENT SERVICES.

   Municipal, county, state or federal administrative or service building. All service drives shall be paved.
