M-2 MUNICIPAL
LANDS DISTRICT
§ 153.155 PERMITTED USES.
The following are permitted uses in the M-2 Municipal Lands District:
(A) Municipal and park district uses existing at the time of passage of this chapter; and
(B) Accessory uses as defined in § 153.003.

§ 153.156 EXTENSIONS OF USES; NEW USES.
Extensions of existing uses to new locations in this district and new uses in this district will constitute special uses, and the authorization thereof shall be subject to the provisions of § 153.245.
