S SCHOOL

DISTRICT REGULATIONS

The following are permitted uses in the S School District:

(A) Schools; and

(B) Accessory uses as defined in § 153.003.

The maximum height of buildings and structures in the S School District shall be 35 feet or two and one-half stories.

Yard	Minimum Depth or Width
Front	A minimum depth of 25 feet
Rear	A minimum depth equal to the larger of 25 feet or 20% of the depth of the lot
Side	A minimum width of six feet on each side of a building
