S SCHOOL
DISTRICT REGULATIONS
§ 153.110 PERMITTED USES.
The following are permitted uses in the S School District:
(A) Schools; and
(B) Accessory uses as defined in § 153.003.

§ 153.111 MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS.
The maximum height of buildings and structures in the S School District shall be 35 feet or two and one-half stories.

§ 153.112 MINIMUM YARD REQUIREMENTS.
Yard | Minimum Depth or Width |
Front | A minimum depth of 25 feet |
Rear | A minimum depth equal to the larger of 25 feet or 20% of the depth of the lot |
Side | A minimum width of six feet on each side of a building |
