THE BOARD OF APPEALS

§ 153.260 WHO MAY APPEAL.

   Any person or persons, or any board, taxpayer, department, board or bureau of the village aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Appeals may seek review by a court of record of the decision, in the manner provided by the statutes of the state.
