ARTICLE XVI

ADOPTION AND EFFECTIVE DATE

Sec. 95-231.- Plan commission recommendation.

The plan commission of the Village of Kewaskum recommended the adoption of this Ordinance at a meeting held on the 25th day of May, 2004.

Sec. 95-232. - Public hearing.

Pursuant to and in accordance with the Laws of the State of Wisconsin, the village board of trustees held a public hearing on this amended Ordinance on the 25th day of May, 2004.

Sec. 95-233. - Village board approval.

The village board of trustees concurred with the recommendations of the village plan commission and adopted the Zoning Ordinance at a meeting held on the 25th day of May, 2004, by Ordinance No. 2004-04.

Sec. 95-234. - Effective date.

This Ordinance became effective on the 3rd day of June, 2004.
