14-4-3

Boundary of districts.

A.

Centerlines. Where the boundary line of a district runs along a street, railroad or canal, the center line of said street, railroad or canal shall be the boundary line.

B.

Other boundaries. Most other boundaries follow property lines. Where such distances are unclear and no dimension is shown on the map, the map scale shall be used.

C.

Interpretation. The director shall be responsible for providing an official interpretation of district boundaries. Such interpretations may be appealed to the board of adjustment in accordance with section 14-3-21.
