Petitions for any change to the district boundaries or amendments to the regulations shall be filed with the village administrator, describe the premises to be rezoned or the regulations to be amended, list the reasons justifying the petition, specify the proposed use and have attached the following:

A.

Plot plan drawn to a scale of one inch equals one hundred (100) feet showing the area proposed to be rezoned, its locations, its dimensions, the location and classification of adjacent zoning districts, and the location and existing use of all properties within two hundred (200) feet of the area proposed to be rezoned.

B.

Additional information required by the village plan commission or village board.

C.

Fee in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00).

D.

Professional Services. The village may engage professional services to review an application, when it is deemed necessary to review an application, when it is deemed necessary. Any expense incurred shall be reimbursed by the applicant. The village may also require that plans submitted for review be certified by an architect, site plan engineer or other appropriate professional.
