76 - FEES

At the time of issuance of a building permit, a building permit fee shall be collected by the building inspector. Such fees shall be as specified in the latest version of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code and International Existing Building Code, 2021 Edition or as otherwise specified by the town board.

Fees for processing various land use matters under this title including but not limited to fees for zoning map amendments, special use permits, planned unit developments, commercial developments and redevelopments, home occupations, and variances shall be established by the town board by resolution.
