20 R-2 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL/TOURISM DISTRICT
Sections:
The R-2 district is intended to be applied to areas which are suitable for family dwellings and other permitted uses are defined as set out in this chapter.

All uses permitted in the R-1 district are permitted in the R-2 district.

Special uses shall be as in R-1 and:
A.
Motels, hotels or inns;
B.
Multiple-family dwelling;
C.
Roominghouses.

No structure shall exceed two and one-half stories or thirty-five feet, family dwelling.

The minimum lot area shall be seven thousand square feet for single-family and seven thousand square feet plus two thousand five hundred per unit for each unit over one.

Setbacks shall be as follows:
A.
Front: fifteen feet from the property line;
B.
Rear: five feet from the property line;
C.
Side: seven feet from the property line.
