Editor's note— Ord. No. JO-057-2023, § 7, adopted September 19, 2023, provided the following provisions: "Appendix B Historic Districts" of the Lafayette Development Code ("LDC"), is hereby enacted as a placeholder for the identification and description of Historic Districts and any additional specific regulations related thereto that may be designated and enacted, from time to time in the future, pursuant to the process for designation of same in accordance Section 89-34 of this Chapter. Upon the designation of a Historic District and enactment of any additional specific regulations related thereto, said Historic District, its description, and the additional regulations related thereto, if any, shall be automatically incorporated into "Appendix B Historic Districts". Such incorporation shall not require application of the "Text Amendment" process of Section 89-52 of this Chapter.
