4-7-1 City Planning Commission

Creation

A Planning Commission for the City of Lander of seven members is established in accordance with Wyoming Statutes Section 15-1-502 (1977) as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended. Members shall be representative of different business and appointed without respect to political affiliation by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council. The term of each member shall be three years.
The Planning Commission shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to the conduct of its functions which are consistent with this ordinance and state law. Such rules and regulations shall be subject to approval by the Council and a copy of the same shall be kept on file by the City Clerk for public inspection.
