In order to effectively carry out the provisions of these regulations the lands within the corporate limits of the City of Lander shall be divided into the following zoning districts:

1. A - Agricultural District;
2. R-1 Single Family Residential District;
3. R-2 Single Family and Multi-Family Residential District;
4. R-3 Single Family and Multi-Family Residential District;
5. R-5 Multi-Family Residential District;
6. R-MED - Single Family, Multi-Family Residential and Medical Services District;
7. C - General Commercial District;
8. M-I Manufacturing and Light Industrial District;
9. PL Public Lands District.
