Area and dimensional regulations

Except as may be provided for elsewhere in this Ordinance, the following area and dimensional regulations shall be required:

Minimum Lot Area:	½ Acre
Minimum Lot Width At Building Line:	120 Feet
Minimum Yard Setbacks:
Front:	50 Feet
Rear:	50 Feet
Side:	15 Feet*
*Total Both Sides:	30 Feet
Maximum Height of Structures:	35 Feet or 2 ½ Stories
Minimum Livable Floor Area in Square Feet:	One Story - 1,500
	>Two Story - 1,200
	Second Story - 300
	Total - 1,500
Corner Lots: Setbacks shall be the same on streets, roads, or highways.
